We protect your final boardroom portfolios with the same level of care. Completed human factors reports are emailed to your designated point of contact inside an AES-256 encrypted .zip file.

To ensure it can only be opened by authorised eyes, the decryption password is sent via a completely separate, out-of-band communication channel — such as SMS or a secure messaging app.

Strict 14-Day Purge Policy

We do not hoard personal data. We maintain candidate videos and raw transcripts for exactly 14 business days following the final report sign-off — to accommodate any immediate follow-up questions from your airline clients.

On the 15th day, all raw assets are permanently destroyed using electronic data shredding tools, and the cloud cryptographic keys are permanently deleted.
